Software creation should start with what needs to happen.

naffe.ai is being built to turn plain-language direction into working full-stack software, with Claude built into the working environment from the start.

The thesis

European SMBs should be able to own more of the software they run on.

For many smaller businesses, software has become an expanding stack of subscriptions built around somebody else’s workflow, somebody else’s roadmap and somebody else’s limits.

As AI reduces the cost of creating and changing software, we believe more of the systems that make a business distinctive can be built around the business itself.

Not every dependency disappears. The goal is more control over the software layer that matters to the company.

AI is part of the software, not a window beside it.

naffe.ai is being designed around an AI-native working model. Claude is built into the environment so intelligence can participate in creating, understanding and evolving the software itself.

01

Claude built in

AI is intended to work with the product context, structure and changes rather than operate as a disconnected general-purpose chat.

02

Full-stack creation

The ambition is working software around the requested outcome: interface, application logic, data model, backend and the infrastructure needed to put it into use.

03

Designed around the business

Internal workflows, specialised tools, customer operations and decision support can be shaped around how the organisation actually works instead of forcing the organisation into a generic SaaS template.

04

Built to keep changing

The software should be able to evolve as the company, models, processes and requirements change. Building is not treated as a one-time handover.

Own the core. Connect what still makes sense to buy.

Software autonomy does not mean rebuilding the internet. It means keeping the company’s own logic under its control while using open connection layers for everything around it.

01 · MCP

Let systems expose what they can do.

MCP creates a standard way for AI-enabled software to work with tools, information and services without every connection becoming a bespoke integration project.

02 · API

Connect instead of surrendering the architecture.

Use external services where they are useful, but keep the operating logic of the company in software the business can shape and evolve.

03 · CLI

Keep a route below the interface.

Command-line access makes the system more inspectable and adaptable for technical work, automation and future tools without making the visual product the only point of control.

The objective is not zero third parties. It is avoiding unnecessary dependence on packaged software vendors for capabilities an SMB can increasingly own itself.

The brief becomes the operating software.

The technical work still exists. The difference is how much of that complexity the person with the business problem has to carry.

01 · DESCRIBE

State the outcome.

Start with what the business, employee or customer should be able to accomplish.

02 · BUILD

Turn intent into a system.

naffe.ai plans and creates the software structure around that outcome.

03 · CONNECT

Use the services that belong around it.

MCP and APIs connect external capabilities without making them the owner of the company’s operating logic.

04 · EVOLVE

Change when the business changes.

Use AI, APIs and lower-level access to keep adapting the system instead of waiting for a third-party product roadmap.

More autonomy, same responsibility

Humans remain responsible for what the software does.

01
People define the purpose. What should exist, who it serves and why.
02
People define the constraints. What the system may access, change or automate.
03
People make the judgment calls.Approval, direction and accountability remain human responsibilities.
04
Machines carry more of the execution. That is the leverage we are trying to unlock.
Why yellow3 is building it

Lowering the barrier to software is an economic question, not just a technical one.

yellow3 researches emerging technology because we want to understand what it can genuinely change. naffe.ai turns one of those questions into a product: what happens when smaller businesses can create more of their own operational software?

For European SMBs, we think the answer could be more adaptability, less software lock-in and a lower barrier to building systems that previously required a dedicated software organisation.

naffe.ai is the product. yellow3 lab is the company building it.

This page explains the strategic reason for the platform. Product capabilities, launch information, pricing and the future customer journey belong on naffe.ai.

Until the product is released, yellow3 should describe it as coming soon, not as a live service.
